Construction Manager

Brown Church Development Group has been an industry leader in church growth through church consulting, design and construction since 1962. BCDG started as a construction company, and after 20 years of growth and success, added consulting and architectural elements to better serve churches throughout the northern Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions. Our Construction Management team works with the rest of the BCDG team to complete the construction of church facilities.
On a day-to-day basis, an individual in this Construction Management position will perform the following tasks:
o Submittal and close-out document solicitation & review
o RFI development
o Assist with jobsite coordination (personnel, tools, equipment, etc.)
o Material procurement
o Schedule development, updating & monitoring
o Assist Estimator with take off and pricing
o Change Document pricing
o Scope development for change pricing and subcontracts
o Solicit subcontractor bids and bid qualification
o Coordination & oversight of warranty and service work
o Jobsite QA/QC & Safety Observations
This is primarily and office position based in Kearney, NE. Travel to and from jobsites will be minimal with this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
