Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation - Provide support to other departments as requested Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy - Knowledge of cabinetry and countertops is a plus - Ability to coordinate projects and work well under pressure This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a supportive team.
