CSN Kearney is currently offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 8/31/2023 and are successfully hired.
The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments:
$500 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $1500 - 3 months of employment and all training complete, $1000 - 6 months of employment.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills.
