Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Answer phone calls and provide professional and courteous customer service - Manage and organize documents using document management systems - File and retrieve legal documents, correspondence, and other materials - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Provide clerical support to attorneys and legal staff - Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information - Transcribe dictations and prepare legal documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role preferred, but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills - Proficient in using document management systems and other office software - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus Please send resume to:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
