Summary:
Heartland Luxe Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Social Media Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our social media accounts, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in social media management, customer service, and preferably a sales background.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information to potential and existing clients.
Scheduling appointments for various aesthetic procedures such as Botox, laser hair removal, facial rejuvenation, laser body sculpting, spider vein therapy, and lip fillers.
Managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Taking payments from patients and providing receipts.
Assisting with patient care.
Managing social media accounts (e.
g.
, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to promote the clinic's services and engage with followers.
Creating and curating content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Responding to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with the aesthetics team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and sharing relevant information on social media platforms.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and procedures is an advantage.
Sales background is preferred, with the ability to promote services and upsell products.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
