Benefits Paul Davis Restoration is a growing, dynamic company and is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team.
The General Manager will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring that all staff are trained in a manner that will ensure a high degree of quality and efficiency.
Managing and leading the production schedule, which includes production time estimates, production lines, and product quality control.
Coordinating all aspects of the production process.
This includes ensuring that product is produced in a timely manner, within established quality standards, and within budget.
Ensuring that safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
This includes ensuring that all production areas are clean and organized, as well as following OSHA regulations.
Ensuring that all safety standards are met at all times.
This includes meeting the requirements of COVID-19 and ensuring that all employees are adequately protected from infectious diseases.
Performing any additional duties assigned by the owner or president as needed.
Must be willing to travel when required.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
Must be willing to work with pets when needed (pet care training provided).
Must be willing to stand for long periods of time (8-hour shifts).
Must be able to lift up to 60
pounds.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing production operations.
Previous experience managing a facility is preferred.
Must have been previously in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Prior experience with scheduling, inventory control, and auditing is preferred.
Must have strong attention to detail, as is required attendance, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Ability to work with limited supervision as well as independently.
Ability to stand for 8 hours per day; lift up to 60 pounds; bend, twist and stoop as needed; climb ladders; work in confined spaces; work with moving mechanical equipment including but not limited to lifts, stoves, blenders, mixers etc.
; work with cleaning chemicals including but not limited to acetone! Must be physically fit and able to withstand high temperatures (hot kitchens can reach 120 degrees) ; lift up to 50 pounds regularly); stand for 8 hours; read small print; use computers/smart phones; walk slowly & comfortably; have good communication skills; have a sense of urgency; follow instructions; self-motivated; team player; willingness to learn new things; punctual! MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, FREE OF SERIOUS CONVICTIONS LIKE DUI AND DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION, AND BE INSURABLE ON OUR AUTO INSURANCE POLICIES.
