Primary duties include managing a mowing crew of 3 contracted employees for the summer months, planning, mowing and grounds maintenance at each of our 5 locations, traveling to each location, assisting in grounds maintenance, and maintenance of equipment.
The Maintenance and Groundskeeper will also help with harvest, general maintenance, and filling in as needed for the custodial and logistics departments at all locations.
Must have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and schedule, and the ability to drive a company vehicle and trailer to our locations.
Bilingual speaking and writing skills preferred.
