Hands of Heartland is looking for a compassionate and caring individual to work with the people we support as a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP).
What You'll Do:
Work directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities at our Day Center.
You will support individuals with planned group-based or individual-focused activities.
This position may require you to transport individuals in company vehicles.
Shifts Needed:
Monday through Friday - 8am - 4pm Skillset Needed for the Job:
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Must be able to pass all background checks.
Experience not required.
Pay:
$17 an hour.
We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
