Position
Summary:
As a DSP, you will support people in a variety of different ways and environments including residential, vocational, community activities, etc.
Hiring Rates Full-Time Days:
$14.
50/hr.
Part-Time Days:
$14.
00/hr.
Full-Time Residential:
$15.
00/hr.
Part-Time Residential:
$15.
00/hr.
Full-Time & Part-Time Supported Services:
$15.
50/hr.
Vocational:
Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Residential:
Evenings, Weekends, and Overnights DSPs who work at ILC residential and vocational locations support individuals with planned activities that encourage community inclusion, habilitation, and activities of daily living.

Promoting positive social interactions.
Supporting individuals in the community during the day, at their choice of volunteer and habilitation opportunities.
Teaching skills to expand a person's independence.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Administering medications.
Supporting individuals with hygiene.
Providing transportation.
Encouraging and creating a diverse team experience.
Documenting program data at each shift.
Supported Services:
(Days, Evenings, Weekends) Full Time or Part Time As a DSP with ILC working in Supported Services, you will be supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their jobs, in the community, and in their homes.
The job coaching component of this position focuses on supporting people in seeking and maintaining competitive employment, while in-home support can be a variety of day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community.

Successfully complete and pass all checks including:
Nebraska Adult Protective Services Central Registry Child Protective Services Central Registry Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Background Check Federal Bureau of Investigation Background Check Certificates and Licenses:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
